The first floor of The Corn Exchange extends two rooms back and out to the left of the building over the top of Richards the butchers. This space has been converted into three flats – one with two bedrooms.

The flats each have their own entrance from a communal terrace at the rear of the building – accessed from a ginnel running through from the High Street. They all have views out onto the bustling High Street and their own kitchen and shower room facilities.
